Roast Profile

Coffee cherry is to coffee how grape is to wine, the flavours are influenced by the region, soil content, altitude, microclimate, and much more. Our approach to coffee roasting is to bring out the intended flavour of the coffee.

All of our coffee is roasted ranging from medium, medium light, to light. We try to aim for the perfect point where the most flavour comes through in the coffee.


Whole or Ground Coffee

Coffee is best kept fresh as whole beans, so by default all of our coffee is shipped unground. If you require your coffee ground please specify ‘ground and your brew method’ in the notes section at checkout.

If you’re interested in knowing more about coffee or maybe you need some pointers on how to make coffee at home. Come and chat with us and we will give some personal tips.


In-store Pickup

Please wait for a confirmation text message or email before coming in to pick up your coffee. We will usually have your coffee stocked in the shop but there might be an off chance it isn’t there and we wouldn’t want to disappoint you.


Shipping

We will usually ship out your coffee within 3 day to ensure the coffee reach you ASAP. There might be exceptions but we will contact you right away.

Shipping will be normally 3-7 working days.


Return

Roasted coffee is considered final sale. If you are not satisfied with your coffee please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Merchandise purchased in store can be returned within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused and with a receipt. For manufacturer defects please contact the manufacturer.
